Kingsland Editions is a fine art screen print and publishing studio established by Sara Gates, the founder of Kingsland Printing. Working as a commercial high end screen print studio since 2006, we are now working with artists to create and publish original limited edition prints and multiples.
Each edition is a close collaboration with a contemporary artist who signs and numbers each piece. We employ a wide range of techniques, print by hand and believe in the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every edition is made in limited, small runs, so once the edition is sold out, it is gone and will not be reprinted.
We believe that art is for everyone, that it should be accessible and is a conversation. It is meant to be experienced, enjoyed and provides us the chance to think about things from a new perspective.
Collaboration takes that to the next level by pushing us as printmakers to think outside the box, develop new techniques and grow our ability to communicate through the medium. It compels artists to break down what they do and look at image making in a new way. .
