The only contemporary print fair in the Mid-Atlantic region, BFAPF showcases the latest contemporary art in prints from galleries, dealers, and print publishers from across the U.S.
Fair dates.
BFAPF will kick off with a VIP Preview Party on Thursday, April 4, 2023. Limited tickets will be available. General admission days will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We will be scheduling small group tours and artists talks which will be posted on our programming page closer to the event.
The Venue
The Fair takes place at the Baltimore Innovation Center, 1100 Wicomico Street, in Baltimore’s Pigtown neighborhood. Built in 1915, the building was built for Jacob Epstein (the donor of the BMA’s crown jewel, Van Dyck’s Rinaldo and Armida) and was designed by local architect Joseph Evans Sperry. The latter also designed the Enoch Pratt Library Hampden Branch and the Bromo Seltzer Art Tower, both in Baltimore. The 52 thousand square feet of open warehouse space on the eighth floor offers panoramic views of Baltimore’s iconic skyline, Orioles’ and Ravens’ stadiums, and the harbor.
Access to BFAPF is easy by car, Uber, or Lyft: a three-level parking garage is attached to the building; visitors enter the building directly from the third level of the garage. Please note: the address for the entrance to the parking garage is 940 Ostend St. It’s a quick elevator ride to the top floor where wonderful art awaits you. Please note the front door is the only ADA accessible entrance.
